If you opt to take the test on paper you will sit at a desk with question-and-answer
papers for the Listening, Reading, and Writing sections of your test.The Speaking
section of the test is conducted by a trained IELTS examiner.

Results are available 13 days after test completion.
IELTS One Skill Re-Take
If you feel you didn’t showcase your full potential in one of the four skills (Listening,
Reading, Writing, or Speaking) on test day, IELTS One Skill Retake can assist you in getting back on track. However, please note that you should have previously taken your IELTS test on a computer and complete the IELTS One Skill Retake within 60 days of
your original test day.
IELTS Academic : For your Study Abroad
The IELTS Academic test is designed to assess your English-language skills, especially
those skills that are relevant when studying at undergraduate or postgraduate levels.
You can sit the test at our official test centers, either on paper, or on a computer in
Nepal. The IELTS Academic test is made up of four sections: Listening, Reading,
Writing, and Speaking with a Band score of 9 of each.

Time allowed: Approximately 30 minutes (plus 10 minutes to transfer your answers to
an answer sheet)
